30 April 2010:Our British Soccer trainer is here and has been conducting mass practises for the past week. All practises will be held in the Ice arena until the snow melts.  Rob Clarkson will also be coaching one of our highschool teams, doing some school gym classes,train coaches and helping out will all practises. Please let Lisa Farah know when your practises are and she will schedule Rob to come and help.

Magrath practises are well under way. We are still waiting for the arrival of Rob Clarkson our British soccer trainer who has been held up with the flight cancellations due to the Volcano Erupting in Europe. Hopefully he will be here and ready to go by Monday April 26th. League play begins the week of May 3rd.

Soccer Registration in Magrath Ice Arena March 10th and 11th from 6:30pm-8:30pm for players born 2005 - 1991 (U-6 to U-18). Registration forms are available at the Magrath Elementary School and at the Westwind Weekly News Office in Magrath. Forms must be submitted to either of these locations by Friday March 26th, 2010.

After March 26th late registrations will be charged a $10 late fee subject and placed on a waiting list
(if players are needed in that age group).

The Magrath Soccer Club is making it mandatory U-12 - U-18 to wear black shorts and socks with your jersey and shinpads. You can buy socks and shorts (while quantities last)  from Lisa Farah for $5 each or get your own.
